Do you offer indoor or outdoor furniture?

Solterra specializes in outdoor furniture designed for patios, decks, gardens, and poolside spaces. Many pieces can also be used indoors depending on your styling preference.

Are your items weather resistant?

Yes. Our furniture is selected with outdoor durability in mind. Materials such as teak, aluminum, concrete, and performance fabrics are designed to handle sun exposure and everyday outdoor conditions. We still recommend using covers or storing cushions during harsh weather to extend longevity.

Do items require assembly?

Some pieces may require light assembly. If assembly is needed, instructions and hardware are included.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 15–20 business days. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and packaging.

For larger furniture pieces, processing may take slightly longer due to handling and logistics coordination.

Yes. Larger items may ship via freight carrier. These deliveries are typically curbside drop-off.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
